This opening is for ski instructors based in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. You will provide safe, structured and professional instruction for guests with different levels and goals, while also supporting reception, lesson coordination and team training at the resort.

We are looking for candidates with solid teaching ability, clear communication and a steady service mindset, ready to grow in an international snow resort environment.

Requirements

  • Age 18-40, all genders welcome
  • International ski instructor certification required; CASI, PSIA or equivalent certifications are accepted
  • At least 1 year of ski teaching experience
  • Candidates able to teach both snowboard and ski lessons are preferred
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and expression skills
  • Cantonese or English ability is preferred
  • Good health and presentation, with teamwork, professionalism and service awareness
